FIELD MAKEUP
- Exempt players (based on previous SDGA performance)
- Local Qualifying at eight sites across the state from June 13-30
- Final spots will be filled at the CHANCE Qualifier on Wednesday, July 9 at Willow Run GC in the Sioux Falls
QUALIFYING INFORMATION
- Players may enter only one Local Qualifier
- ALL players are eligible for the Last Chance Qualifier, even if they have previously played in a Local Qualifier
- The number of spots available at each site depends on the size and quality of the field. Available spots at each site will be announced after the close of entries on June 4
- Players who qualify will pay the Championship entry fee (less $30) at the end of the Local Qualifier
SDGA MID-AMATEUR CHAMPIONSHIP
- Meadowbrook GC on May 31-June 1
- Top three finishers of those players not already exempt receive an exemption into the Men’s Championship
- Those who don’t qualify are still eligible to participate in Local Qualifying, so be sure to register for Local Qualifying before the final deadline of June 4. If you get an exemption through the Mid-Am, your Local Qualifying fee will be refunded
QUALIFYING ENTRY FEES
- Early Registration Fee: $30
- Early Registration Deadline: Thursday, May 1 at 11:59 PM Central
- Registration Fee after May 1: $40
- Final Registration Deadline: Wednesday, June 4 at 11:59 PM Central
- Any applicable green fees and/or cart fees are due the day of play at registration

CHAMPIONSHIP INFORMATION
- NEW! POD matches and bracket matches will be played in twosomes
POD PLAY
- The first three matches will be played in PODS of four players, with each player playing three matches against the other players in the POD.
- The best record in each pod advances to bracket match play in each division.
- NEW! Ties for winning a POD will be resolved by sudden death playoff among all players tied
BRACKET PLAY – NEW!
- Brackets will be set when POD pairings are announced on Thursday, July 3
- Players will be able to see who they will play if they win their POD
