Boys have the opportunity to qualify for the Minnesota Boys Junior PGA Championship on June 19 at Central Valley GC in Hartford. This is a unique opportunity to play in a regional junior championship.
There is no qualifier for girls and they can directly register for the Minnesota Girls Junior PGA Championship.
Top finishers at the Minnesota Junior PGA Championship qualify for the 2026 National Boys and Girls Junior PGA Championship in Frisco, TX – a junior MAJOR event!
Eligibility Requirements to play in the Minnesota Boys and Girls Junior PGA Championships and Qualifiers: Players will qualify within the PGA Section in which they reside. A player resides at the location in which they spend 183 days or more per year. Players are NOT allowed to compete for an exemption in more than one Section. The Minnesota Section PGA geographically includes the entire states of Minnesota and North Dakota; South Dakota (less areas surrounding cities of Rapid City, Vermillion, and Yankton); and a portion of Western Wisconsin that includes St. Croix County and Superior, Wisconsin. Players must be eighteen (18) years of age or younger on the final day of the Championship (July 31, 2026). Players must be amateurs as defined by the USGA and may not be full-time college students.
